​​Please note: to access HSPnet for the first time​, you need approval from your respective school or health authority.  HSPnet user IDs and passwords are the responsibility of each educational institution or health agency.

If you are having a password issue, first go to your provincial log in screen and then click the Help with Forgotten Password​ link to get a new temporary password sent to you by email. Check your spam or deleted folders if you have not received it. If you have not received the email or have other password issues follow the directions below per your role:​
  • Students: Please ensure that you are logging in to your home province. For help with login or placement issues, please contact the placement coordinator at your school. 
  • Education or health organization staff: please contact the HSPnet administrator (placement coordinator or receiving coordinator) at your agency for help with your login.​​
  • Help desk/tech support: support@hspcanada.net. Our help desk is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) except on statutory holidays.​
